Simply open the app each morning, tap “Mood Tracker,” select the emoji that best reflects how you feel, and save. You can also add a quick note if you want to describe why.
Yes—our basic features (mood tracking, breathing exercises, and journaling prompts) are entirely free. We offer optional premium content like in-depth courses and sleep stories via an in-app subscription.
Absolutely. Many of our exercises, including offline journaling, guided breathing, and saved articles, can be accessed even when you’re offline. Data will sync automatically when you reconnect.
Your data is end-to-end encrypted and stored only on secure, HIPAA/GDPR-compliant servers. You have full control over what stays private and what (if anything) you choose to share with a therapist.
In Settings, go to “Data Sharing,” enable “Therapist Access,” and enter your therapist’s email. They will receive a secure link to view your mood charts and journal entries in real time.
Yes, the app currently supports English, Spanish, and French. We’re working on adding more languages (German, Portuguese, Mandarin) in the next release.
